We introduce a new automated feed boosting tool "Profi FeedBooster"

We introduce a new tool "Profi FeedBooster" for professional support of feeds in your server. You would use Feedbooster only in case, that you have a lot of feeds on your web, which differ only in parameter of URL feed, determining f.e. range od data in the feed. Good example can be internet shop, which has independent feed for each department or f.e. operator of server with blogs, where each blog has its own feed.

FeedBooster automatically improves all feeds without necessity to enter each "by hand".

For example:
You have feeds with parameter "cat":

sample-web.com/rss.php?cat=one
sample-web.com/rss.php?cat=two
sample-web.com/rss.php?cat=three

Just create Profi FeedBooster with any global prefix and origin URL sample-web.com/rss.php?cat=%ID%

And your boosted feeds can be readed on URLs:
feed.feedcat.net/global-prefix/one
feed.feedcat.net/global-prefix/two
feed.feedcat.net/global-prefix/three

Please do not use FeedBooster for SPAM (unreasonable inserting of large amount of feeds with no content, with commercial content, or with explicitly oriented content) you are exposing yourself to being blocked to use service.

Icon counter - explanation

The philosophy of "icon counter" is to show real number of the week unique readers. Compared to the old version - the number shows now both - people reading the blog as well as reading their own feed. It causes the growth in number of readers shown.

What is the readers icon?

  • tracking icon (88x25 pixels) can be placed anywhere on your website – homepage is the most suitable
  • the number of readers using your website and feed is monitored through the icon
  • the icon number shows the count of unique readers per last week
  • you can see below how the icon will look like on your website
  • easily readable version of feed with many subscription options is displayed, when the reader clicks on the icon on your website
  • How to insert the icon on your website:

    • firstly you need to be registered user
    • secondly you have to be logged in
    • select your already boosted feed or submit new one
    • in the feed management select "Website Icons" menu option
    • here you will find here the html/xml code to be inserted into your website
